We own the Pal’s Inn Pet Resort which provides a full variety of pet
services e.g. boarding, training, grooming,organic food products, etc.
This three year old facility is a 5-star resort for animals. Located on
the top floor (with a private entrance) is a beautiful one bedroom
apartment(with a walk in closet), included two baths, living room, dining area,
laundry and a very large patio with mountain views. We believe that this
apartment would be appropriate for a couple who love animals and who might be
interested in providing some services to the Pet Resort. Since we do have dogs
who bark, we thought that a deaf couple would find this environment very
comfortable. We would be very pleased to show the apartment to any of your

The requirements are:
1. One month Security Deposit of $825.00
2. Monthly rent of $825.00 plus State Sales Tax of 1.6 %

4. Pet deposit of $150.00 per pet
5. Cleaning deposit of $100.00
6. One year lease agreement-month to month thereafter
7. No smoking
8. Free parking
9.Background check @$35.00 per adult over 18yrs. of age
